A 23-minute film containing clips that focus on the redevelopment efforts along the Capitol Mall and Sacramento's West End. Many scenes focus on the area now known as Old Sacramento, including scenes of the Lincoln Hotel and Lucky Bottle Shop. Footage also includes men congregating around the National Employment Agency offices, a front entrance view of Confucius Church, demolition of buildings, amazing views of the West End, K Street, the Capitol Towers Apartments, and a comparison of the run down parts of Old Sacramento to the new modern buildings along the Capitol Mall.
