LITTLE Mix proved a smash hit as they mixed with fans at a South Tyneside cancer charity's base.
The winning X Factor band -- which stars South Shields singers Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards -- dropped in at Cancer Connection's bungalow yesterday to see the invaluable work being done.
he group -- back in the region to play two gigs at Newcastle's Metro Radio Arena as part of the X Factor Live Tour -- visited the South Shields charity as Jade, 19, has just become its patron. Deborah Roberts, charity co-founder, took the girls on a tour of the Harton Lane bungalow, where they met volunteers and members.
