come COOK & CLEAN with me for a day (day 12 of becoming a clean girl)

today come eat with me while i show you everything i eat in a day and all the meals i cook in a day! i would say i eat healthy-ish but i really need to find a way to eat more protein. technically i cleaned today so it's still day 12 of becoming a clean girl!

RECIPES//
MOMOFUKU EGG SANDWHICH
2 eggs
2 slices of sourdough
pinch of salt
1 tsp of manyonaise
1 tsp of momofuku chili crunch

THAI CURRY
3/4 jar of Yai Thai Red Coconut Curry Sauce: https://amzn.to/3DXU5bv
1 can of unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of mushroom seasoning (optional)
2 cups of spinach
1 bell pepper julienned
1 tsp of salt
1 lb of chicken breast seasoned with salt & pepper
1 pita bread

GREEK YOGURT SNACK
1 Fage Greek Yogurt with Blueberry
1/4 cup of honey granola
3 Amarena cherries
1/4 tsp of chia seeds
