Moist Chocolate Roll Cake!

There are plenty of claims for the best chocolate cake recipe. I get that. But with one bite of this decadent, moist chocolate cake with delicious frosting, every single person around the table commented that this was the best chocolate cake they’d ever tasted.
_Ingredients_
4 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
_Frosting_
2/3 cup Nutella
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanuts
_Topping_
1 cup semisweet chocolate
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup peanuts
_Recipe_
1. Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Put in the deep bowl. Add 1/3 cup sugar and mix until well combined.
2. Add 1/4 cup oil with 1/4 cup milk. Mix for about 2 minutes until slightly fluffy.
3. Sift flour with baking powder & cocoa powder. Add the flour mixture into the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
4. Put 4 egg whites into a deep bowl. Add sugar and vinegar. Whisk until stiff peaks.
5. Add the egg whites into the cake batter into batches. Mix with spatula.
6. Grease your baking dish (I’m using 10”x14”). Align it with parchment paper and grease again.
7. Pour the cake batter and spread evenly. Tap the baking dish to prevent the bubbles. Bake @325°F for 20 minutes.
8. Cool down in the pan for 8-10 minutes. Then turn the cake out onto a rack.
9. Dust some cocoa powder on parchment paper & flip the cake on it. Gently roll the cake & seal it with tape. Keep it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
10. Roughly chopped the peanuts.
11. Put Nutella in a bowl. Add cream and icing sugar with 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Add 1/2 cup chopped peanuts and stir.
12. Gently open the cake roll and spread the frosting all over it. Roll the cake again. Roll it with parchment paper and refrigerate for about an hour.
13. In one cup chocolate chips, add 2 tbsp oil and microwave it for 40 seconds. Mix until smooth. Add 1/2 cup peanuts and stir well.
14. Pour the chocolate all over the cake top. Refrigerate for about half an hour before serving.
