The ingredients:
20 cm baking pan
8-10 servings

The dry ingredients:
200 gr cake flour/all-purpose flour
1 tbsp of dutch cocoa powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking powder
Liquid ingredients:
2 medium eggs
30 ml of vegetable oil
170 gr Greek yogurt
1 tsp of vinegar
25 ml of liquid red food color
230 gr of caster sugar
90 gr of softened butter
Bake at 180°C/356°F for 50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

Cream cheese filling:
495 gr cream cheese (I used spreadble)
100 gr softened butter
150 gr power sugar (depend on your taste)
150 ml of whipping cream

Red chocolate ganache:
65 gr of white chocolate
15 gr milk chocolate
40-50 ml of whipping cream
red gel food color

Whipped cream for piping.
