Rajbhog Shrikhand is flavored with cardamom, saffron, and loaded with dry fruits — a royal treat that’s both easy and delicious!

Ingredients:
1 kg fresh curd (yogurt)
1 cup misri powder (rock sugar powder)
½ tsp cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
Saffron water (kesar soaked in warm water or milk)
Cashew and almond pieces (cashew almonds tukda)
Method:
1. Prepare Hung Curd:
Place the curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for 4–5 hours to remove all the water (whey).
2. Mix Sweetener:
Transfer the thick hung curd into a bowl. Add misri powder and gently mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Add Flavors:
Add cardamom powder and saffron water. Mix again to combine all the flavors evenly.
4. Garnish:
Add chopped cashews and almonds (tukda) and give a gentle mix.
5. Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the Rajbhog Shrikhand for at least 1–2 hours before serving for the best taste and texture.
6. Enjoy!
