We survived sailing 80 miles in rough weather on the Chesapeake Bay. Sailing from St Michaels, Maryland to Mill Creek, just off Ingram Bay, in Virginia. Sailing with a full enclosure is a game changer when sailing in cold wind and rain! The full enclosure for our Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 440 Walk Around sailboat is amazing! We sailed over 12 hours in high seas. This is our last sail before Aron's emergency surgery. Next week we motor back to Deltaville and share more details about the events that led up to Aron's hospital admission, emergency spinal fusion surgery, and thyroid cancer diagnosis.
