Back with another Monday Leg Session — the heaviest training day of the week.
This session includes Back Squats, Hack Squats to Failure, and Walking Lunges + Farmer’s Walk supersets to finish.
This is Week 2 back after a deload / break period, so we’re building strength back up while pushing smart intensity. Not every rep was clean. Not every set was perfect. But we showed up and we worked — and that’s what actually grows muscle.

💪 Main Exercises
Back Squat: Worked up to 150kg for reps
Hack Squat: 4 plates per side, final set taken to true failure
Walking Barbell Lunges: 45kg down-and-back
Farmer’s Walk: 35kg dumbbells, conditioning-style finisher
🎯 Training Notes
Week 2 after time off = strength is still returning
Some sets should go to failure — but not every session
Always leave 1–2 reps in the tank except when testing limits deliberately
