No Knead Overnight Ciabatta
Mix 325ml water and 50ml Olive Oil
Add 3g dried yeast or half cube fresh yeast
mix
Add 425g Bread Flour & 1 tsp salt
Mix and leave in an airtight container over night in the fridge or a cold area
Next morning, flour, turn out and flour again. Cut into 6 and place on a baking tray.
Bake at 220 Degrees C for 15 mins, longer if all in one piece
Wait 1 hour to cool before cutting
