In Chapter 3, we are introduced to Haman, elevated by King Xerxes above all the other officials, Haman is obsessed with receiving universal reverence. When Mordecai refuses to bow down to him, Haman's fury knows no bounds, and he convinces the King to issue a terrifying decree.
This is a good opportunity for us to reflect on how we respond when we struggle to see God working clearly or answering our prayers in the way we’d like.
