300ml Water
200g Canned chickpeas
90g Corn grits
1 Onion
Olive oil
1 Red sweet pepper
Fresh parsley
1 Clove of garlic
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper

2 tbsp Natural yogurt (Replace with plant-based yogurt if you are vegan)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
