Backstroke Body Position Drill.
This drill is great for finding your body position in backstroke. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced swimmer, backstroke starts with a good body position.
Key Points:
-Flat Body Position (No rotation in this drill)
-Steady Head
-Place Hands On Quadriceps
-Strong Kick From The Hips (Feet should be at the water)
-Balanced Rotation With Shoulders And Hips
