🥬 Ingredients – High Fiber Methi Paratha
Fresh Fenugreek Leaves (Methi) – 2 cups, finely chopped
Onion – 1 large, finely chopped
Salt – to taste
Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cup
Gram Flour (Besan) – as required / part of flour mix
Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra Atta) – as required / part of flour mix
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) – ½ tsp
Nigella Seeds (Kalonji) – ¼ tsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – ½ tsp
Asafoetida (Hing) – a pinch
Green Chillies – 3–4, finely chopped
Garlic – 4–5 cloves, finely chopped
Ginger – 1 tsp, finely chopped
Desi Ghee or Refined Oil – 1 tbsp (for dough)
Ghee/Oil – as needed (for roasting, optional)
