🔥 Genesis 24 is a story about God’s guidance, answered prayer, and a promise carried forward.

When Abraham was old,
he entrusted God with finding a wife for his son Isaac
and sent his servant on a long journey.

Standing by a well, the servant prayed to God:
“If the young woman who gives me water also offers to water my camels,
let her be the one You have chosen for Isaac.”

Before the prayer was even finished,
Rebekah appeared.

She willingly gave water to the servant
and drew water until all ten camels were satisfied.

This meeting was not a coincidence.
It was God’s guidance, prepared according to His promise.

Rebekah obeyed God’s will and set out on the journey,
and Isaac found comfort
in the meeting God had prepared for him.

Through the marriage of Isaac and Rebekah,
God carried forward the promise He made to Abraham
into the next generation.
