1 kg fresh mutton
1 kg basmati rice
little whole garam masala
4 pes dry lemon
4 clove garlic
1 small size ginger
2 pes onion whole
4 pes onion small cubs
2 spoon ghee 1 spoon oil
little saffron water
salt to taste
half spoon mandi masala powder
1 pes fresh lemon juice
2 spoon oilive oil
charcoal for flavour
serve for spicy tomato chutney
