Hello Everyone!
Today I am talking all things REALISTIC when it comes to postpartum fitness journey/ "Mom Pooch". I am just keeping it real with where I am at with my body and mind. As busy as I am with a 5 month old I just don't have time to workout and I know there are many more moms who feel me! Please don't ever get yourself down for 1. feeling this way and 2. not working out... ITS TOTALLY NORMAL. Remember you created a human for 9 months you can't always bounce back so quickly. So I thought I'd be very venerable and open up about my personal body so that I can hopefully connect with other momma's that feel the same way as me. LET'S CHAT MORE!
