INGREDIENTS:
CHURROS BATTER
250g whole milk
100g butter
1 tsp (5g) salt
1 tsp (5g) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g plain (all purpose) flour
180g whole eggs (between 3 & 4 eggs)
CINNAMON SUGAR
50g caster sugar
1 tbsp (10g) ground cinnamon
DULCE DE LECHE
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
CHOCOLATE GANACHE SAUCE
50g double cream
50g whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
80g good quality dark chocolate
15g unsalted butter
WHIPPED VANILLA CREAM
100g double (heavy) or whipping cream
1 tsp (5 g) icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
