Ingredients for making flaky buttery biscuits:
1 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter (cubed)
3/4 cup milk

First in a large bowl add your flour
Then add in your baking powder
Followed by adding in your salt
Now mix everything together
And add you cubed cold unsalted butter
Using 2 knives cut and mix everything together
Now you can add in your milk
And mix everything together
Now knead the dough by hand
Followed by rolling out the dough
And fold it onto itself in a half moon shape
Roll and fold again now into a triangle shape
Roll it all the way out now
Use a cup or small bowl to form your biscuits
Place your biscuit on a baking sheet
Bake in the oven at 450F for 13-15 minutes
Your flaky buttery biscuits are now ready to serve
