Ingredients:
4 eggs
3 ripe tomatoes
1 onion
2 green chilies
1 tablespoon MAGGI Magic Ae Masala
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
2 tablespoons oil
Steps:
Boil the eggs, peel, and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
Add green chilies and tomatoes, cooking until the tomatoes are soft.
Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Stir in MAGGI Magic Ae Masala and cook for a few more minutes.
Add the boiled eggs to the curry and simmer for 5 minutes.
