Ingredients:
½ cup ragi flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
2 eggs
¾ cup dates, soaked & blended
1 medium zucchini, grated or blended

¼ cup cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp jaggery or brown sugar (optional)
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
¼ cup milk or yogurt (to adjust batter)
Optional: nuts or choco chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf tin or muffin tray.
Blend zucchini with dates and eggs until smooth.
Add oil, cocoa, and jaggery/brown sugar; mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine ragi, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
Fold dry into wet mixture. Add milk/yogurt to get a thick but pourable batter.
Fold in nuts or choco chips if using.
Pour into pan, bake 30–35 min (or 20–25 min for muffins) until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool, slice, and store in fridge for up to 4 days.
