Enjoy a guilt-free treat with this delicious Date and Walnut Cake — made with no sugar, no oil, and no white flour. Healthy, easy, and naturally sweet!
📝 Ingredients
• 🌰 Dates – 15–20 pcs
• 🥛 Lukewarm milk – 1 cup
• 🌾 Oat flour – 190 g
• 🥚 Eggs – 2 pcs
• 🥄 Baking powder – 1 tsp
• 🥄 Baking soda – 1 tsp
• 🧂 Cinnamon – 1 tsp
• 🌰 Chopped walnuts – to taste
• 🍫 Dark chocolate chips – to taste

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Remove the pits from the dates and mix them with lukewarm milk.
2. Add the eggs one by one, then add the vanilla and mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and sift them into the wet mixture in two stages.
4. Add chocolate chips and chopped walnuts and stir until mixed.
5. Grease your pan and bake at 170°C (338°F) for 30 minutes.
6. Then, decorate the top of the cake with a little coconut powder.
