I've recently been hearing more often than usual from people who connect with this song. The idea behind "Now" is not mine. I was inspired to write it after reading books by Wayne Dyer and Eckhart Tolle.
But, the message of being present and mindful, especially in difficult times, is timeless. This version is raw and imperfect but the idea behind it is powerful. I hope it finds you, if you need reminding.
