1 piece carrot, juliened
2 pcs red and bell peppers, slice into strips
1 onion, sliced
1 thumb sized ginger, sliced into strips
1 small can pineapple chunks
1/2 cup white or washed sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup banana ketchup
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
salt for rubbing the fish
