🍫 Homemade Chocolate Ice Bar Recipe
Ingredients
Cacao powder 40g
Milk 240g
Water 200g
Sugar 100g
Milk powder 40g
Stabilizer 1g (optional)
Instructions
1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine all powders with half of the water and mix well.
2. Stir continuously to prevent lumps, then place over medium heat. Gradually add the remaining water and milk while stirring.
3. Remove from heat just before it boils, and quickly cool the mixture by placing the pot in a cold water bath with ice packs while stirring.
4. Insert sticks into the molds, pour in the mixture up to the fill line, and freeze at -18°C (0°F) or below for at least 3 days.
5. For heart-shaped molds, insert sticks first, then pour in the mixture. Cover the surface with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 3 days.
6. To unmold, remove from the freezer, leave at room temperature for 4–5 minutes, then carefully take out the ice bars.
7. Remove from the mold and enjoy your homemade chocolate ice bar! 🍫✨
