The 44A Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud is a pleasing, simple, and delicate recreation of what is more a stately home than a car. Its dimensions were impressive and its weight massive.

My casting wasn't so grandiose. It had lost its rear bumper, which would have originally been fixed to the base. The base though had its rear quarter length ripped off past the rear rivet post. In addition, it had been repainted rather haphazardly in silver over its usually dusty blue coat.

However, that silver paint concealed a nasty, pimpled body. I had a second scrap casting standing by for borrowing its complete base, but drastic action was needed to save this build!
