So in this practice combo, we will play with some intermediate level belly dance moves: we'll harness the feline walk energy with the goddess pose and enjoy the fabulous energy rash those movements give the body.
We'll learn how to do an arm wave, play with chest circles, belly rolls, and chasse step.
Make sure to warm up before we begin,
always listen to your body and work within your body's comfort zone.
