Hoka One One Clifton 7 Long Run Review
Today i tested the Hoka One One Clifton 7 over and above the half marathon distance. A 15 mile test in this nicely cushioned training EVA based running shoe.
A 15 mile long run was in order at sub 8:00/mi pace. How does it shape up against the classic undulating long run distance routes around Yeovil?
I discuss the upper, midsole and outsole performance along with an analysis of the shoe over the test route.
Let me know your thoughts on the Clifton 7 on longer runs up and over the half marathon distance. Have you experienced any real issues with this shoe thus far? I did sadly, and now my right foot is really barking at me! :)
