Use the “cognitive 🔺” to shift a thought, behavior, or emotion that is keeping you stuck. It's something I learned in grad school that is actually helping me in real life...multiple times a day. It’s a simple way to look at how our thoughts, emotions, and actions are connected—and how changing just one of them can start to shift the others.
If you’re dealing with procrastination, shame, or anxiety, this tool can make change feel possible—without needing to “fix everything” at once.
When I’m overwhelmed, frozen, or spiraling (which happens more than I’d like to admit), I come back to this. In this video, I share a moment where it helped me get unstuck—not with some big breakthrough, just by doing something small and manageable.
