*BEST Sweet Potato Pecan Swirl Pound Cake INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 sticks salted butter, softened
2 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
5 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon (best ratio, increased from video)
3/4 tsp nutmeg (best ratio, increased from video)
3/4 tsp allspice (best ratio, increased from video)
3/4 tsp salt
2 cups roasted salted pecans
1 1/2 cups sweet potatoes (approx 2 medium size)

Sweet Potato Mixture:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 stick salted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 pinch nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup water
Glaze:
Pt 1:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp melted, salted butter
enough evaporated milk for desired consistency

Pt 2:
3/4 sticks salted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
enough evaporated milk for consistency
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp vanilla butter nut extract, flavoring
1 cup pecans
1/4 tsp salt
Then combine both glazes, whisking together to make one.
Glaze the cake when cooled
