Recipe for mama t broccoli casserole
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Two bags of frozen broccoli, florettes, or fresh broccoli
One block of boursin and cheese
One cup of cheddar cheese
One cup of mozzarella cheese
One red bell pepper
One green bell pepper
One yellow and orange, bell pepper, chopped
 1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt optional
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder
2 cups of milk
One stick of butter
2 1/2 cups of cooked rice
One rotisserie chicken meat, taking off of the bone
One carton of mushrooms, sliced
Two eggs
You may add cheese on top of your casserole
