This easy no-bake tiramisu is made without raw eggs and without an oven.
It’s rich, creamy, and simple to make at home with mascarpone and whipped cream.
A classic Italian dessert made incredibly simple! Perfect make-ahead dessert for guests or a cozy evening treat.
INGREDIENTS:
– 200 g mascarpone cheese
– 400 ml heavy cream (33%) – divided into two portions of 200 ml
– 1–2 tbsp vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
– Ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi) – enough to make 2 layers in your dish
– Strong hot coffee for dipping
– Cocoa powder for dusting
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, beat 200 ml of heavy cream with mascarpone until smooth and creamy.
In a separate bowl, whip the remaining 200 ml of cream with vanilla sugar or vanilla.
Gently fold the two mixtures together to make a light, fluffy cream.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into hot coffee (about 1 second) and place in a single layer in your dish.
Spread half of the cream over the first layer of biscuits.
Add a second layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers.
Top with the remaining cream and smooth the surface.
Chill in the fridge for about 3 hours.
Dust generously with cocoa powder before serving, slice, and enjoy!
