Want to practice layering some bellydance moves?
In this drill sequence, we will work on our subtle shimmy, hip slides, hip twists, a horizontal "front-to-back" figure 8, and layering the shimmy with all of those hip isolations.
Remember to take breaks if/when you need to! Shake out your legs and reset.
