We went to Yunishigawa Onsen Kamiyashiki Taira no Takafusa and enjoyed a Kaiseki-style hearth banquet, showcasing seasonal ingredients thoughtfully selected by the chef. The meal included a mini steak made from carefully chosen A4-grade Japanese Black Beef. Along with local delicacies from the mountains and rivers, such as river fish and Bandai mochi, all grilled over an open hearth.
We also relaxed in an onsen, a traditional Japanese hot spring bath known for its natural mineral-rich waters and soothing atmosphere.
Before we go, we enjoyed a traditional Japanese breakfast, set unique to Takafusa Taira, featuring classic dishes. These dishes like rice, miso soup, and grilled fish, along with seasonal steamed delicacies.
