Water and Sanitation Minister Pemmy Majodina is set to attend the high-level preparatory meeting in Dakar, Senegal. The meeting, scheduled for 26 to 27 January, sets the stage for the United Nations Water Conference set to take place in December. It will shape the priorities, commitments and partnerships needed to accelerate progress on safe water and dignified sanitation. DWS deputy director general Dr Risimati Mathye elaborates.
