The Routine (if volume is too high, try doing 3 sets instead of 4)
*Warm up with Pullups and Pec Fly Machine- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
Incline Bench with T-Bar Row- 4 sets of 8 reps
Incline Fly with One Arm Row- 4 sets of 10(fly); 8(rows)
Flat Bench with Low Row- 4 sets of 8(bench); 10(rows)
Chest Press with Bent Over Row- 4 sets of 8 reps
Pullovers with Cable Crossover- 4 sets of 10 reps
TRI SET FINISHER (***optional)
Do 8 reps for shrugs, then do 20 push ups, then do 8 rack pulls. That 1 set. Do 4 sets total!!!
