This brutal leg session is designed to build thick quads, strong hamstrings, and overall lower-body mass. Perfect for intermediate to advanced lifters aiming for serious leg growth.
🔥 WORKOUT DETAILS 🔥
1️⃣ Leg Extension
• 5 Sets × 20 Reps
• Focus on slow negatives and full squeeze for quad burnout
2️⃣ Dumbbell Lunges
• 3 Sets × 10 Reps (Each Leg)
• Improves balance, unilateral strength & glute activation
3️⃣ Barbell Back Squats
• 5 Sets × 6–8 Reps
• Go heavy, maintain depth, core tight throughout
4️⃣ Barbell Romanian Deadlift (RDL)
• 4 Sets × 8–10 Reps
• Stretch hamstrings, push hips back, keep spine neutral
💪 TRAINING TIPS:
