The basic exercises of Tongbei Martial Arts are building the fundamental basement for improving mobility, strenght, balance and looseness.
"The goal is not to learn how to fight, but how to win! Always be prepared!" ...is a motto, which is essential for the right attitude of practising self defence- and fighting skills. It keeps us proofing for the efficieny of techniques, searching for better ways (which means improving and development) and train hard and focused.
"Aesthetic of movements" is a higher goal, which pushes us forward to reach perfection in techniques and physical fitness.
Prepare your body and mind by exercising, knowledge and research..., using different ways and methodes of combat / fighting (mixed matial arts in a classical way)... and train with the right attitude...constantly and and as much as you can... That´s European Tongbei Martial Arts!
