Crispy Pork Belly and Carne Guisada with ChefsTemp!!

This cook turned out INCREDIBLY WELL!!!

Pork belly rubbed with Honey Hot Hot and Holy Voodoo by MeatChurch. Temp control by ChefsTemp. Crispiest skin ever!!

LISTEN TO THE CRUNCH AT THE 4:30 MARK!!!! WOW!!

The carne guisada was beef shanks seasoned with cumin, salt, and pepper. Smoked for 45 minutes then cubed and seared with onion, poblano, and Roma tomatoes. Fiesta Carne Guisada seasoning to finish it off and it was fantastic!!
