Niels is an asset management expert with experience in optimizing asset performance and driving operational excellence across Oil & Gas, Power Generation (Renewable and Thermal), and Food & Beverage industries. His expertise in implementing and optimizing CMMS solutions like IBM Maximo has taken him across continents, from greenfield projects in Ivory Coast to brownfield enhancements in the Solomon Islands.

As the resident CMMS Expert in a Filipino Power Generation company he spearheaded improvements across departments. The results? This Maximo shows a 62% reduction in Mean Time to Repair, a 53% reduction in critical spares stock outs, a 95% Preventive Maintenance completion rate, and 22% increase in active user base.
