食材Ingredients:
• 平菇 Oyster mushrooms: 800克 800g
• 五香粉 Five-spice powder: 1茶匙 1 tsp
• 孜然粉 Cumin powder: 1-2茶匙 1-2 tsp
• 孜然粒 Cumin seeds: 1-2茶匙 1-2 tsp
• 粗辣椒粉 Chili powder: 1-2茶匙 1-2 tsp
• 鹽 Salt: 適量 to taste
• 黑胡椒 Black pepper: 適量 to taste
Instructions:
1. Microwaving the Mushrooms:
將平菇微波四分鐘以去除多餘水分和減少油的吸收。Microwave the mushrooms for four minutes to reduce moisture and prevent excessive oil absorption.
2. Pan-frying:
鍋中加入少許油,加入微波後的平菇,煎至兩面金黃。Add a little oil to a pan, then add the microwaved mushrooms and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
3. Seasoning:
添加五香粉、孜然粉、孜然粒、粗辣椒粉、鹽和黑胡椒調味。Add five-spice powder, cumin powder, cumin seeds, chili powder, salt, and black pepper for seasoning.
4. Serving:
煎好的平菇出鍋後,直接吃或者剁碎,拌飯拌麵夾餅吃Once cooked, chop the grilled mushrooms into small pieces. They can be served immediately or used as filling for other dishes.
