Borderlands 2: Patched Patriot- Still the worst Vladof Sniper?

Prior to the Community Patch, the Vladof Patriot was the worst Vladof Sniper in the game, in my opinion. It had a terrible accuracy for a sniper and a really low magazine size for a Vladof. It did have an increase base damage, but not by much. Virtually any purple Vladof sniper would outclass it.
With the community patch, the Patriot no longer has a difficult to control spread, and is instead inline with other Vladof Rifles. It also had its based damage even further increased. This is now a very high tier sniper. Great change.
