Breathing, we do it without needing to think about it - but when we do start to think about, we can learn how to breathe better, enhance our lung capacity and benefit from greater oxygen intake. In this video I'll show you the first steps in breathing more fully.
The majority of people are not using the full capacity of their lungs and are only taking short breaths just into the chest, which can be the reason for fatigue and headaches. Everyone can benefit from learning to breathe more fully - and runners you need to be taking advantage of full breathing to flood your blood with oxygen when your body needs it the most.
