Extensive research shows that being grateful is good for you! As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, most folkx will count their blessings to some extent. And yet, there is a deeper gratitude we can access through our spiritual practice that makes us able to be grateful for more than our blessings. How do you learn to be grateful for your challenges in life? For those experiences that have left you wounded? For grief?
