I've been in my calorie deficit for a few weeks, and I've lost about 5 lbs (mostly water weight, but also some fat), and I just wanted to share with you what I've been eating.
Focus on Protein & Fiber to feel full, but also know you will be hungry, especially if you do an aggressive calorie deficit like I'm doing, so taking diet breaks is okay. You have plenty of time!
