Peach Galette - Topless Baker

I love making pies, but sometimes I just want all the flavour and none of the effort! Peach galette is an absolute favourite of mine - easy to make and all the same delicious flavours of a pie! For this recipe I used white Peaches but you can switch it up with any kind of fruit!
For this peach galette you will need:
120g Unsalted Butter
270g Plain Flour
25g Sugar
25g Vegetable Shortening
50ml Ice Water
3 Peaches
1-2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Cornflour
