Paan Flavored Kulfi Recipe — A Refreshing Indian Dessert!

Ingredients:
500 ml full-fat milk
1 tbsp corn flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 readymade paan
2-3 drops of paan essence
A few drops of green food color
Method Overview:
1. Begin by boiling the full-fat milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.
2. In a small bowl, mix corn flour with a little milk to make a slurry.
3. Add the slurry to the boiling milk and cook until the mixture thickens. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
4. Once thickened, remove from heat and let it cool completely.
5. Add readymade paan, paan essence, and green food color to the cooled milk mixture.
6. Blend the mixture until smooth and pour it into kulfi molds.
7. Freeze overnight for the best results.
8. Unmold, garnish with chopped nuts, and serve chilled!
