An audiovisual exploration of the link between movement and sound.
Figure skater Moe Okuda performs choreography enhanced with two M5Stick motion-tracking devices worn on her hands. The captured movement data directly shapes and transforms the musical layer by directly affecting the amplitude and tuning of pre-recorded organ sounds. Each recorded gyroscope axis of each hand controls a different pre-recorded organ stop.
