Hey, ya'll and welcome to DAY 19 of the YOGA EVERY DAMN DAY CHALLENGE! This challenge is 30 days of yoga with ME! Today's video is a ABS & CORE practice! Of course, you've been strengthening your abs & core already throughout the whole challenge, but for this practice we are focusing on the abs & core. We'll be doing poses & exercises that help to strengthen the core, such as Balancing Table, Half Moon, Boat Pose, Floating Triangle, & more. This practice is challenging so take your time! Challenge yourself, but come out of anything that doesn't feel right & take breaks as you need them, there's no pressure. By the way, some videos contain a Savasana and some do not, so feel free to make time for a Savasana for the videos that don't have one. We're more than halfway into the challenge & I'd love to know how the challenge is going for you so far and how your body is feeling.
