This is one of the most common interview questions, and is a great opportunity for you to brag about something you're good at, just be sure to pick a strength that applies to the job you're applying to. Soft skills or hard skills, doesnt really matter, just be sure that at the end the interviewer understands how that strength makes you an ideal candidate for this job.

This question always comes with it's partner question, "Tell me about your greatest weakness". While you can probably get by with an average response to your greatest strength, messing up your greatest weakness can sink your interview prospects.
