I hold a B.S. in Kinesiology, am a Certified Pilates Instructor in all apparatuses and Certified Personal Trainer, and bring years of experience from working in a physical therapy clinic. As an instructor who personally lives with hip dysplasia, I understand firsthand that every body has its own unique strengths, limitations, and needs.
My mission is to help you discover movement with purpose—whether that’s through Pilates, strength training, or mindful mobility work. I believe there’s no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to fitness. Instead, it’s about finding what feels good and works best for your body.
